Most likely cooked in a very high temp oven. Like 800 or 900 degrees. Cooks real fast in about 3 or 4 minutes, leaving the outside crispy but the inside still slightly doughy. Most pizza ovens are about 550 degrees so it takes about 7/8 minutes to cook and cooks more thoroughly throughout. Side note: Franky is a dirtbag for throwing that cheese on the sidewalk.

We used to have ovens back in Western NY that were between 680-780 degrees. We'd cook it for 8-9mins regular. 12mins for well-done. Cheers!

Its hilarious how in every single one of his reviews someone ends up taking over. Yea, obviously big fan but it's seemed more on principle than reality that he didnt go into 8s. He was surprised how good it was and only had very complimentary things to say. With that said, not only did they take Beddias spot, but they make the exact same pie. They read Pizza Camp and made a store. Not hating, but that's what happened.

0:51.........the answer is right there when he lifted the box lid. The doughy texture comes from the extra sauce. Pizzas are placed on a thick steel bottomed ovens, preheated to 500 degrees F. To make the crust crispy oil is added to the dough recipe. Sometimes even extra is brushed on the crust. The extra tomato sauce creates steam in the box, also, the reason why both doofusses burned their faces off when they tried to eat it. The moisture was still rising in jets like a PowerPro Steam Mop.

The crust looks like it's made mostly a low gluten flour dough. That'll make the crust softer than most pies but bake it longer at a lower temp and it'll get crispy. Soft and crispy same time.

That dough sat on top of the oven for a while before they baked it. It dried out the bottom of dough and then it got baked.
