Prepaid electric meters are considered as the advanced meters used for energy consumption measurement based on the concept of “pay before use’. There is huge mass of electricity consumers having prepaid meters installed at their premises.
But the proper information regarding parameters showing in display and recharge method is not vivid. The concerned video explains -
• Secure prepaid meter details
• Significance of LEDs on meter body

प्रीपेड विद्युत मीटरों को "उपयोग से पहले भुगतान" के आधार पर ऊर्जा खपत माप के लिए स्थापित किया जाता है।बड़ी संख्या में विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं के परिसरों पर प्रीपेड मीटर लगें है।
लेकिन डिस्प्ले पैरामीटर्स और रिचार्ज प्रक्रिया मे के बारे में उचित जानकारी पूर्णतया स्पष्ट नही है। संबंधित वीडियो बताता है -

बिहार में भी प्रीपेड मीटर लग रहे है, पर रिचार्ज प्रक्रिया काफी आसान है, काउंटर, ऑनलाइन, ऐप्प के माध्यम से शीघ्र रिचार्ज हो जाता है। BSPHCL से इस बारे में तकनीक साझा करने हेतु प्रयास करें तो प्रीपेड मीटरिंग आसान होगी।

can this meter has load control system as whenever I am putting my electric Kettle of 1500 w, it immediately disconnecting the power though I have switched off all my lights and fan when I am trying to using the kettle. the meter was placed by railway at my stall. Please let me know how can I use my 1500 w electric kettle.

सर हमने घरेलू उपयोग के लिए 1 किलो वाट का बिजली कनेक्शन लिया लगभग 20 से 25 दिन हो गया सारा प्रोसेस हो गया है 1365 की रसीद भी कटवा लिये है लेकिन अभी तक विभाग की तरफ से हमारे घर में मीटर नहीं लगाया गया है और ना ही पोल से केबल खींची गई है अगर हम पोल से बिजली इस्तेमाल करना शुरू कर दें तो क्या यह वैध है या अवैध प्लीज सर रिप्लाई जरूर करें

My meter showing status OFF. On pressing 5, it shows 'NO DATA' can you help me to start it? And Freedom device ki screen hi off h. Bijli vibhag me kisi ko nhi pta kaise ON krna h. Bol rhe hain meter change kra lo. I'm tired after running to the electricity office more than 15 times. Please help.

This is worst meter ever seen, very poor connectivity. BT fails everytime.
