1/2 Beetroot
3/4 Cup Peas
300 gms Pumkin
1 tsp Jeera
2 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 Laddle Oil
1 Cup Water
FOR TADKA
1 Capsicum
2 Inch Ginger
50 Gms Butter (total)
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Black pepper Powder
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
Fresh Coriander
Water As Needed

I have been making pumpkin pao bhaaji since so many years and I swear I never saw it from anywhere but just replaced potatoes with green pumpkins for the healthy reasons ... so it's not new for me .. but yes ..I am thankul to u for letting us a recipe without tomatoe onion and garlic ... though quite similar to Jain pao bhaaji...
