Greetings, hello and welcome back!
We're back and it's finally time for us to work on our region! I've been looking forward to this episode and there's so much to get done!
I was thinking of some fun ways to try and pull cims from around the region and give them a good reason to come visit us in our little suburb.. and I think a fun way to do that would be a baseball stadium!
We're trying to get an Art Deco, Americana kind of vibe and I think a good old fashioned baseball stadium is just what the doctor ordered for that!
We also try to entice people with a concert ground, central park and tons of affordable housing coupled with some decent public transit!

That's some massive expansion you did there! Can't wait to see what it looks like all filled in! Now I really want to play C:S but I still need to figure out all my mods and I just don't want to 😂 The only other game I play is Planet Zoo. I love to build and detail 😊

1:00:00 I remember the first 5B1C town you built too, and the water and sewer pipes were not under the roads ... and City Planner Plays was assigned the town in Round 2. He hated your water and sewer main layout so much he sent a meteorite upon the town! 😱

My two games that I'm actively playing that are not C:S are Stranded: Alien Dawn and High Rise City. Both amazing games for their current state of development.

I really like this series. But I have to tell you that from a traffic perspective you put the bus terminal at the worst possible place (at least on the octoabout). Interstate buses have to make a full tour around inbound and again outbound. On literally any other place you wouldn't have that prpblem.

@@ImperialJedi I've been watching letsplays, first the more casual ones then watched the Vanquisher (hard mode) ones I could find which gave me some good tips (if things still work similarly, since they were from August). Also for a game with that many moving parts, I wanna wait on my recovering sleep apnea-diminished brain to get gud

I usually like your builds, but I think that baseball area isn't among your best creations. The amount of parking seems very excessive. I know that most stadiums in the US have lots of parking spaces, but most stadiums in the US are awfully designed in that regard.

That's fair feedback and I appreciate it :) I kind of thought too that the parking would double for just downtown and the quay areas as well.
