So NASA told about sound but didn't relate to any religion. You can go on its web rather KZfaq channels claiming this as some other religions mould this sounds to their own

It's pitra badha seems...because of rahu.. Do monday fast + om namah shivay mantra jaap daily 108 times + shivling jalabhishek daily if possible.. Do some offering of food to poor..if possible do havan on amavasya.
