Hey Jack great vid. Just in terms of the building/ carpentry market, I'd have to disagree that its a builders market at the moment. I work for a volume builder in the office and just yesterday we had a seminar about the current market. One of the Building and Operations managers pointed out that we can't take on more jobs due to not having trade availability. This may be a different case for smaller builders, but just thought I'd put my 2 cents worth in with what I've heard.

@JustAChippie Metricon, we have business units across a few states, but do majority of our work in regional and metro Vic which is where I'm based.

I’ll also add it would pay to have decent locks and insurance to cover your tools. Too many cases of blokes getting robbed these days. Can’t afford to not have your tools boys
