This is great content. It's amazing to see Sarah's growth as a person and artist, and now instructor. She gives me faith in the future of humanity, in these trying times. She's so mature for her age, and despite her talents and success, she comes across as down to earth and relatable. Completely unlike a the stereotypical child star who is consumed and/or corrupted by celebrity. Of course I only see what's presented to the camera, but it's damned hard to fake authenticity, and that's what I see here. I wish Sarah and Dancers Global (whom I've also had the pleasure of observing develop as an amazing artistically driven content producer) all the best through these difficult times, and as always, appreciate the uplifting and quality content.

Is it normal to feel light headed? Like I'm not sure if I should be breathing in so deeply or is it mainly like a muscle thing? Lol I want to get this down so bad.

It is probably something that will improve over time through practice. Muscle memory. Keep pushing yourself and dont' give up!
