By the end of this video you will be able to:
- know how to do the basic 2nd trimester fetal ultrasound exam in a systematic method.
- know how to measure biparietal diameter (BPD), head circumference(HC), femur length (FL), and abdominal circumference (AC).
- learn how to obtain optimum images to calculate measures correctly.
- learn how to do systematic fetal anatomy survey.
Basic 2nd trimester fetal ultrasound exam consists of 6 steps:
1-Viability.
2- Fetal number (twins)
3- Biometry.
4- Basic anatomy survey.
5- Fetal environment.
6- Information transmission.
This video is for educational purpose.

Plz check at 2:54 , Twin peak and lamba signs are one and the same thing . It should be thin intertwin membrane with T-sign

Nice. My wife is 13th week pregant and done NTscan. The report impression is minimal discrepancy is seen in size of the orbit. Both otbits are seen, but left is smaller than right. Is it problem or the orbit will grows. Pls give some points
