Hello sir. Question. I do kickboxing and kung fu. Have been for a lil while. I was wanting to learn xing Yi Quan 5 elements only. Because it reminds me of boxing. Just a few motions you repeat do go through. Is it possible to learn from watching videos. Teachers in my area are not possible. I do already practice metal. And have pulled it off in actual sparring and kickboxing. So I'm wanting to learn deeper into it. Thank you. Good solid videos.

Not sure it is possible or not to practice Xing Yi from watching videos. But watching videos may help to practice.

@@HaiYangChannel I've practice metal. A lot for the last ten years . But that's the only element I learned. I have other kung fu. And I did a lot of xing Yi Quan stance holding. And I mean ive spent hours. And hour on metal. I use it in irl in kick boxing. Can you please do a slow down step by step demonstration of the other elements. ? I'm also going to buy a book on the philosophy of the 5 elements of xing Yi Quan . Thank you. Your channel is awesome

@@angelloakiraI don’t mean to not direct you not to this channel. Adam Chan on KZfaq he does a slow motion 5 elements even thou he’s a wing chun practitioner. If you apply your wing chun to hsing I you will get more power an a smaller circle.
