Steve summed up in less than an hour all what took me years to learn back in the days. In the eighties / nineties we didnt have youtube with quality teachers sharing their knowledge for free, only copy tapes from classic albums, a guitar, your ears, and countless hours trying to figure out what is what. We are living great times !

People this is prime example definition of a musician. An elite guitarst an amazing rare thing itself. A guitarst that can teach a person the ins and outs to you, and break it down to make you actually understand why, also while comprehending it.. Call him in his craft as educated, or cry about he's good because he's played since birth. No.. That's gifted and a man appreciative of it. That's why he's damn good as he is. Much respect!!$

So I sit down this afternoon in my patio hot tub to peacefully watch this video... Unaware and unbeknownst there would be a constant amplifier hum... Immediately my brain was tricked into thinking the gfi failed and I was being fried like bacon in a soup of soon my own urine... One more iPhone later and I want to comment...other than the buzz, this vid is a wealth of information

Thx Steve. Since I've joined up in Guitar Zoom, I've learned a lot from you. I have nerve damage in my neck and left shoulder, which makes my pinky and the next finger pretty useless, so this is kind of like therapy for me. I had stopped playing for a long time, and I'm starting to get pretty good again. Thx so much for your lessons. I have a request. Show us how to play "From Can To Can't" :)

I have gotten more out of watching your videos than any other. But, it's all mental right now. I have a busy schedule and haven't pulled my guitar out in about two weeks. I'm going to have to watch the videos over, especially since I just watch pieces of your videos and listen, as I do other things. but, just wanted to say these are fantastic practice items that I never was told. Well, to be fair to the teachers out there, I'm self taught anyway. Just went out and bought some books and did what I thought it told me. But, I never put the time in to get really good at it. But, some people that can't play, think I am.

I've watched a lot of yours and Marty music's instructional videos and when you went over all the notes on the 6th string and how the shape can be used the same a light bulb clicked on in my head in the realization of how much more I'll be able to figure out and do using that piece of information
