I've seen a disabled man in front of me order the "chicken" footlong on white bread with no cheese and just mayo, alot of mayo. You see there was so much mayo the sub would never be able to close. The sandwich artist (;-)) asked three times if it was enough then asked if he would like some cup of mayo to which the customer said yes. The sub was a disaster to close and wrap and the guy sat down and ate the sandwich onsite. I wasn't planning on eating onsite but decided to observe this unique moment God had decided was time to witness. Yes he ate the whole thing and dipped ever bite. No he had no shame. Yes, he has quite overweight. Yes, me the the SA were absolutely shocked. Ahh life can be weird sometimes. Thanks for reading this true story.

One thing I would change when you’re talking to customers: instead of saying “that’s it?,” I would say “anything else?.” “That’s it” just sounds off-putting whereas the latter encourages more things being added to the sub. Keep up the good work, though, Milad.
