Senpai from Friday night funkin: Overall normal AI who was created with a douchebaggy personality. Doesn't break the 4th wall completely, and is a separate entity from Spirit. Monika: Self aware AI who knows she's in a game. Breaks the 4th wall on many occasions, and eventually breaks an entire game. Giffany: Completely Self aware AI, who breaks the 4th wall at all times. The most dangerous of the 3, due to the fact that she can manipulate the real world if she so desires. Killed her own creators, and can bring the memories of anyone from the real world into her game. Overall, Giffany is more powerful than Monika. Imagine that.

peblezQ DDLC was being made for over two years before it's release, however i don't think Disney would base that episode off a barely started (or not even started, I'm not sure how that dates line up) video game. I think Dan Salvato could've taken inspiration from this episode but maybe not, who knows.
