Hired by Deceive Inc to steal the package, Hans must grab keycards and field upgrades to complete the mission.
For this mission we've chosen the following loadout:
Hans's Weapon 1: The Hook | Shotgun 40, ADS BS 25, ADS HS 50 | Mag Size 6 | Reload Speed 2.2s | Rate of Fire 1.3shots/s
Hans's Expertise 1: Incapacitor Orb | Stance | CD 40s | Hans shoots an large orb that applies Neutralize, preventing Rivals using their Expertise, and Slow, slowing Rivals by 40%, for 4.5s
Hans's Passive 1: Dreadful Presence | Hans projects a wave when he breaks his own cover. Rivals caught in the wave get their cover blown and gain Slow, slowing them by 40% for 2s

Along with the following Gadgets:
Spyglass: Can be used to interact with electronic devices from afar (not health stations / ammo dispensers). Can also be used to revive teammates.
BounceMat: Places a bounce pad that can bounce you and others upwards. Auto deflates after 1.3s. Cannot be reinflated after deflation for 1s. Cooldown: 60s on destroy or 0s if picked back up.

Seeing your Mastery/Echelon levels (The yellow number under their pic lol) with each character in the lobby has been a nice touch. It makes me appreciate the Hans, Yumi, and Cav games more knowing that they are the agents you have spent the least time playing. One minor suggestion, if you are open to it and the little bit of extra work it would create for you, would be to use the chapter markers to mark the end of the lobby section/beginning of the gameplay sections. I usually have been ending up watching the lobby sections anyway, but if the episode is with a character that I (and by "I" I of course mean any YT viewer) am super familiar with, it would be nice to have the option to go right to the gameplay. That said, if these lobby sections are exclusive to these refresh episodes, just ignore me and enjoy the algorithm engagement that this comment gives lol. Love your stuff as always! Keep it up!

I really like all the small mechanical details you're sharing in regards to movement and deception/blending in. It helps me visualise how it's meant to be played and what people are doing wrong (aside from the obvious ones). Especially for this series, I'd say keep it up with all these little blending mechanics and stuff information. :)

Fun fact did you know that hans activ (i belive all of them) can get larcin out of invis

As long as it’s not Larcin’s Expertise 2, it can.

I thought I said this in the video tbh, but must of been a discraded recording, but yes that's true! Neutralize will take Larcin out of his E1 & E3, but not his E2. It will also 'turn off' Squire P2 speed & Sasori P1 poison, along with some others I probably haven't thought of

have you tried using Hans passive 2 with the tripwire? The slow and cover breaking wave works on those. it gets fights started when you can be across the map 😂

shotguns are mostly overpowered in video game but i feel like DI has balanced hans

He does have the biggest hitbox out of everyone! but if he gets to ambush you in shotgun range, theres not much you can do about it!

@@1stGlitch the maps can be very long range in some areas allowing you to "ambush" him from a longer range which is even more of a counter against him
