EXCUSE ME, W H A T?!?!??! ITS PERFECT IN EVERY LITTLE SENSE OF THE WORD?!?!?!?!?! I actually never imagined Basil with a specific voice, whenever someone voiced him I always went "Oh, yeah, that may be it!", but you??? You completely nailed the character in every single way, and it immediately turned into my canon voice for him at the delivery of the first scream (which, by the way???? It's perfect, g o d *chef kiss*), something about your voice really hit points about him I didn't even consider. The delivery as a whole is so good too, you can really feel every emotion in his words, the effort in this REALLY shows!! You really made me live this scene in the game once more, which none of the other voice actors for Basil that I've seen before have archieved, and imma be truthful, it sent shivers down my spine like the first time I played Omori by my own, which I can really appreciate. Having that experience again was really special for me. Keep up the amazing work! You definitely earned a subscriber now!

Man, the voice cracking, the soft to sudden harsh at “stop it!” is all so well done! Even without the fancy professional equipment, this is so nicely put together, so powerful, gentle and emotional. Can clearly harsh Bazil’s distress, nicely done!

THIS!! I've watched a lot of Omori voice headcanon videos but this is my favorite. Basil is my favorite character so I have a very distinct voice in my head for how he sounds. This was perfect!! You can hear his voice change from calm to anger, and then try and actively fail to sound calm again when he said he was afraid, and tries to comfort sunny. Sorry if it didn't make much sense, but the bottom line is, this video deserves a lot more views and like. Keep doing what you're doing!!

I'm an actor (plays) and holy crap this performance was amazing. I've also had to do emotional scenes, and when portrayed well, I think they speak the most to the viewer and come off the best. And you did a damn good job of it. You captured all the pain and anguish in Basil's voice perfectly, even making your voice shake to show how afraid he was. If this game had voice acting, you'd be a perfect Basil. I give you major kudos from one actor to another, I know how hard it can be. Also your voice is adorable dude.

@Jaden Watts no, they are metaphors. The thing that was eating Basil in the fight was his culpability, Sunny's something is the image of his sister following him everywhere. They have psychotic depression making them hallucinating monsters. Basil stabbed Sunny's right eye, do you know why ? Cause it's the one that they were able to see on Mari's hanging body. He saw Something in Sunny's right eye and stabbed him. There's nothing that is physically around them, they are just really fucked up

@Jaden Watts ok so : 1) they are hallucinating 2 monsters that do not look the same but that comes from the same thing since they BOTH experienced the trauma of Mari's death. 2) It's probably cause it was Sunny playing piano to remind him his sister 3) of course it could have killed them but not in the litteral way, they are hallucinating. They were fighting BECAUSE of those hallucinations, not because some monsters forced them to do it. Basil stabbed Sunny's eye to kill Something cause he was in a psychotic phase not realizing it doesn't exist, like Sunny. It's a way to show how they are affected, there is no real physical monsters.

Why do you even think those things are real when it's litteraly obvious they are hallucinations ??? @Jaden Watts this thing is genuinly so stupid. They hallucinate the same type of thing cause they BOTH EXPERIENCED THE SAME TRAUMA. 2) We see the game from Sunny's pov, AGAIN he probably played piano to remind is sister Mari and from his point of view he saw it like it was HER. and LAST thing it's because he's not in the true/good ending that he sees that. Sunny experiences Dissociative Amnesia, Dissociative cause he's slipted in 2 half. His true self and his Omori self. In the hikkikomori route for example he stayed in his house and was always in his mind, when he's in headspace he SUPPRESS his real world self to let place to Omori, but the more the time passes the more he begins to mose any sense of identity or reality. That's why he sees himself in the mirror he sees Omori and not Sunny, he's in a total derealisation and depersonnalisation process. The fact that he sees his Headspace friends in the real world is due to Maladaptive Daydreaming, that's why he hallucinates it too. Don't try to search for some physical things and such, all of this game is talking about severe mental issues. Generalized Anxiety, MDD, MD, DP/DR, PDD, DA ect. The game is not about monsters haunting those kids. It's about the grief and mental state they're left after Mari's death.
