Not just a beautiful face but an inner beauty too. You can't take your eyes off her. I have to say that the photographers from the 30's & 40's took exceptional pictures of the ladies.

Bravo, well done! When people ask me why Norma is my favorite actress of all time, I simply say that every time I watch her, she makes me feel good. Hey, if you could bottle that, it could save the world! haha ;-)

I'm curious about the figure of Norma Shearer. It seems very simple and yet very elegant!! Memorable for me her role in "Marie Antoinette". A beautiful job BAZ!

Thanks for the video just love it. She was one classy lady. I loved her in Marie Antoinette and The Woman. I haven't found a movie of hers I didn't like. They don't make stars like them anymore💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

If you can lay your hands on a copy of her "Heidelburg"(sp?) flic with Ramon Navarro; it's just wonderful. I bought it on VHS and had Southtree make me 5 DVD's copies for the rest of my life!

Thanks for the splendid video! Norma had a very special beauty... Not that sort of extremely sophisticated beauty of Marlene or Greta Garbo, who always seemed so "distant" and "unattainable" - but a more "human" beauty, which reflected also her "inner" beauty. And in fact she had a very well balanced life as a "human being", so to speak - if you know what I mean...

Norma Shearer was one of the greatest stars there ever was , or probably ever will be , and she was absolutely terrific , but she was anything but down-to-earth , or balanced - she was the quintessential high-wire act , and stunningly fascinating !

I have a hard time believing that early on in her career she had a hard time getting roles because she was not considered “beautiful enough.”
