In today's video I demo 2 basketball drills for guards.

The sweep through or rip through is probably the most effective move in basketball. Both of the drills in this video are ways to work on that move. If you complete both sides of all variation in both drills you'll get a total of 12 reps. You can simply repeat the entire drill again to get the most out of the drill.
Remember to always go full speed and rip that ball through as low and fast as you can. You can switch up the finishes as well if you'd like to.
