Thanks Jason. I have not but I would love to try one. I had the subway 800 and found it a bit to aggressive, probably a great rock head. FYI I have played the Mesa 112 and it’s great but if you don’t mind the bigger size the 115 I loved even more!

@@jrbbass I would love the 115 but the 112 may suit my needs a bit more due to the smaller size and just portability. Just don’t know whether to go with the the Ag700 or TT800. Looking for something that can sound warm and round but also growl and pristine slaps when needed 😁

Nice comparison, I have the B amp and used to have the AG but now I want that one back ! All are good I’m my opinion. The Genzler Mag 800 is another great one in this class

Thank you Joe. I appreciate it! If I remember correctly I was just running some different bass lines for the first half no backing track. For the "jazz blues solo" I threw on a click (maybe full drums can't recall) and took a few choruses improvising with each head. That way I could splice back and forth and have it be the same tempo.

🤣 you don’t need backing tracks or clicks to know how to play good.

I hear you. In the room there is a noticeable difference to me but then again not really to the audience, especially out a di to front of house. So it all comes back to if the tone inspires your playing.
