0:00 - Ascending 0Hz - 120Hz in 10 seconds
0:10 - Descending 120Hz - 0Hz in 10 seconds
0:22 - 60 Hz Burst Rattle Test
0:27 - 82 Hz Burst Rattle Test
0:32 - Ascending 0 Hz - 120 Hz over 28 seconds
1:00 - Descending 120 Hz - 0 Hz over 60 seconds

Got worried it would brake my steel series but they stood there ground, they sound like there grinding now but I'm sure it's normal also I thought I heard a gunshot somewhere around about 120hz at the end of the ascension was that the video?

Low frequencies cause the speaker(s) pull much more current from the amplifier. The impedance drops with frequency.
