just a video showing how to remove the front seats on my 1996 Ford E-350 club wagon van. It's fairly easy to remove them but they are a bit heavy so you may want some help. Removing the seats is great if you are doing serious engine work because they get in the way. I also show how to remove the side step trims. seat belt buckles and front carpet as well. I plan on swapping in some much nicer seats and getting new carpet. Unfortunately, I found a rotted rusty spot on the driver's side so I will be fixing that in another video.
