Im home i lived 40years in montgomery and a lot of time on the river

I had a situation with the bite on the Coosa similar to what Is seen at 17:00 we knocked their lights out in the first 5 casts. All on a crankbait on one creek mouth.

Coosa river spots are nasty nasty nasty. They do not like it when you hook them. And they let you know it.

I remember during this tournement i saw all the boats weighing in as we went to the bass pro in prattville.. i live in montgomery and we fish jordan alot and now jordan itself sucks so now we go to the river, we launch by the lock in wetumpka and dont even think about daring to go to the dam because we have kyacked it and we know how rough it gets... so we float down and fish about untill 2 bends before downtown and then we head home and we have such great days.. they let the eater down all night then by afternoon they are flooring it to the point where you cant see the dock

Edwin Evers is the man. Awesome and he didn't tear up his boat to get it done.

Big-name sponsors put a young guy who is a decent? angler in an $80,000 boat with a camera man who probably has a family into a dangerous situation.

DO NOT TAKE these kind of boats next to the dam! Use a 14 ft john boat with 6 hp honda on it! you will be a stud. Stupid people take wrong boats there! Many spots. Great fillets.
