Ingredients and preparation
Bastmati rice 1 kg
Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes
Oil 200 gram
2 medium size chopped onion
Lightly brown the onion
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tsp
Chopped tomatoes 4 pieces
Yogurt 100 gram
Salt 1 tbsp
Chili flakes 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander 1 & 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ground spices 1 tsp
Dried plum 10 pieces
Green chilies
Quails 10 pieces
Cook on high flame for 10 minutes
Add 1 and 1/2 liters water
When the water boils, add the soaked rice
When the water 20% left
Let it cook on low flame for 20 minutes..
