One of the advantages of designing your own learning curriculum is the ability to add in a topic like ice cream!
It may sound like a good excuse to eat dessert, but it turns out there are a lot of lessons in the ice cream business. There is the the science behind making it, the logistics of getting it to customers, and the business strategies of deciding product choices.
We got a firsthand look at all of that and more at Boom Town Creamery’s kitchen on a tour given by owner and operator, Angela Muir.
Join us as we share another homeschool learning adventure and delve into the wonderful world of small batch super premium ice cream!
