Create an incredible Photoshop system to batch-perform complete high-end retouching on thousands of portraits with one click!
► Try Retouch4me for Free: pix.live/retouch4me
► Get Retouch4me with a discount: Go to pix.live/retouch4mecode and use the code “PIXIMPERFECT”.
► Download the Free PiX Auto-Retouch Actions: pix.live/autoretouch
NOTE: To get the free demo, after visiting the link, click on the “More Info” button of the plugin you wish to try, and the download link for the demo version will appear.
In this tutorial, we will use AI Plugins from Retouch4me to create Photoshop actions and a system using droplets where all you have to do is drag and drop your folder full of images, and Photoshop will automatically process all of them for you. We will also learn how to use the Image Processor as an alternative. These actions will cover every stage of retouching, namely: removing blemishes, dodging and burning, contouring and highlighting, retouching eyes, cleaning up the backdrop, and the list just goes on.
We will learn how to customize these actions so that you can create your own personalized system that works best for your images. I hope this video helps you. Thank you so much for watching :)

► IMPORTANT: For the Photoshop Actions to work, the recommended Retouch4me plugins must be installed. You can try the plugins for free, one at a time, at pix.live/retouch4me. However, only the full version will work with these actions as the trial version limits from applying the change.

Hello Unmesh! I bought 4 of the plug-ins, last time you showcased them and I use them everyday since then. They get my photos to 60% ready, not 100% of course but they are a life saver. Especially the one that cleans the backdrop. I can get away with having relatively dirty backdrops from foot prints without needing to replace them as often as I used to. Totally worth the cost.

I have tried the demos of each app and the heal is really impressive. Not perfect but it will do a ton of lifting even for a full edit. And the portrait volumes adds a lot to my images. I don't see a lot on dodge and burn. It is really subtle. But this is what I see for mine.

I have tested different scenarios and came up with a similar workflow. I usually export TIFFs from Lightroom and then do batch processing saving layers. This way I can quickly check everything because for example sometimes Heal plugin can erase a nose if the face is tiny on the photo. Yes it takes time to do a quality check but it is a fun part of the job, creative part if you want. Overall plugins are great. Costy but worth it. Especially useful on portraits but can be used on any type of photography. You forgot about White Teeth plugin. Works quite good but it is the least useful plugin from the lineup. Somehow it doesn't recognise teeth that well. The only downside is that plugins are quite slow. So leave it overnight or run on a second computer. It saves a lot of time anyway but most importantly - saves energy.
@PiXimperfect
@PiXimperfect 2 жыл бұрын
That's an interesting workflow, especially if you're using Lightroom. Thank you for sharing, and watching the video :) I haven't covered the white teeth plugin because it needs additional manual masking. Sometimes it selects more than the teeth area.

@@PiXimperfect Umesh, great video and I purchased several of the plug ins. What do you think is the best workflow when using LR? Meaning, how to get multiple photos from LR into PS for batching (not using JPEGS) and then back into LR in the original folder? Is the above method of exporting all into a separate folder, running in PS, then importing the completed photos into the original folder the best way? Any ideas to streamline are appreciated. Thanks!

Retouch4Me looks like a great timesaver for retouching headshots from blemishes and still looks natural. When done on a layer, just reduce opacity if it looks slightly overdone or too perfect. Reduce 15 to 20 retouches per headshot, to about 5 minutes per shot which is a great timesaver when editing several headshots or more. Thanks for review!

As a photographer I have mixed feelings. While I think this is an amazing improvement on a technological level... I am really blown away by what is possible today. I also think that people lose sight of reality. Images are becoming more and more fake... What psychological consequences does this have on people, youth? I always try to edit my photos minimally. A pimple here, a hair there.. But people are beautiful by themselves ;-)
@AllNyteLova
@AllNyteLova Жыл бұрын
A bit of polish helps everyone feel a little better. I definitely love a natural portrait but ask your model do you have anything you want to touch up or that’s not normally there? Like a pimple or bags under their eyes. Why not help them be the most beautiful they can be especially in their own mind.
@lubintasevski5985
@lubintasevski5985 Жыл бұрын
I agree... misplaced strands of hair, cuts that'll go away, and other things that are temporary I will edit out, but other than that I prefer keeping things natural, including permanent scars and moles. I will soften wrinkles, but not get rid of them. I want people to recognize the person in the photo and not ask, "How old were you when this was taken, or you've changed..." That would be tough to hear when someone first meets you after seeing your recent portrait online.

Thanks for watching, Steven :) I recommend converting to black and white as a final step because some of these plugins may not detect things properly if they are black and white. I don't know about the recent update, but I had tried an older version where the dodge and burn worked much better on the color version than black and white. I'd recommend adding the black and white conversion command to the end of this action.
