Uh- in BATDR Ink demon and little Bendy are the same person. Two people in one body. They trapped ink demon in that form to restrain him, but when Audrey used her banishing powers on bendy by accident, the Ink demon woke up again. Turns out when Wilson said he got rid of the ink demon, this was what he meant.

I guess it does make sense that they were separated as there has to be an ink demon in the Other realm for the cycle to continue, but I just assumed when she said "Now that I'm in charge of the world, I can make it more bearable for my friends" and then it pans over to Bendy was her saying she removed the ink demon even if there are other horrors, like Alice, the searchers, probably another Ship ahoy Dudley Etc.
