In this episode, we travel in our converted Ford transit campervan, to Batemans Bay, NSW, Australia. We stayed two nights at Batemans Bay Holiday Park. The caravan park was pet friendly.
Batemans Bay is a town on the south coast of New South Wales, Australia. Its beaches are part of the Batemans Bay Snorkelling Trail, with its reefs and native fish. The Clyde River flows past the town into the Batemans Bay. In the northwest, Clyde River National Park, a popular spot for kayaking and fishing, features salt marshes and coastal forests. The local Birdland Animal Park is home to wombats, koalas and kangaroos.

Loved your walk Dean, you are so adventurous & funny. Batemans Bay looked like it had a lot of bad weather which has eroded the base of the trees & caused them to fall over. Stay happy, from Elaine ,Brisbane.

All the south coast of nsw is gorgeous, however, I think a lot of these little towns need to be on board for people travelling with dogs we also got infiltrated with Canberaites on the weekends but everything else was awesome. Great episode thanks guys

You stayed in the worse park in town lol There's usually a big flock of swans at Cullendulla creek and people have caught big crabs there too. You were close to the all day off leashdog beach, at bottom of the lookout area.

Bateman's Bay and The South Coast of NSW had more of a rental problem than anyone else because all the high paying people who work in Canberra public service were buying holiday homes there and heading there most weekends after a stressful day at work. Even The Mayor of Bateman's Bay had to beg Canberrans to look out renting out their holiday homes that they were not using a lot.
