[AD - Hosted]. Come along with my best friend Izzy and I as we visit Bath (UK) for the first time - thank you for having us, Visit Bath and Visit West!
I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user with a chronic illness, figuring out how to make travels and little adventures possible for me. I don't represent every disabled person's experiences or reality, but I hope you enjoy the video and/or find it helpful!

Hello! My name is Pippa Stacey and I’m a disabled writer, speaker, and communication consultant based in York. I enjoy theatre, books, and fundraising, and can most often be found wearing some form of pyjamas and drinking all of the tea.
I acquired my chronic illness as a young adult and struggle daily with the challenges of living my best life alongside managing a debilitating health condition. However, I’ve finally learned that I don’t have to ‘overcome’ or ‘defy’ my illness in order to be successful, and I know now that there’s nobody’s path you have to follow but your own.
You can find out more by visiting www.lifeofpippa.co.uk, and subscribe to see videos about being a disabled freelancer, enjoying travel and little adventures, and simply learning to find the good in every day. Thank you so much for being here!
