I am 62 and there was none of that when I gave birth to my 2 kids. I feel I gave birth in the middle ages! Good on you for giving tips to expecting mothers. Social media is great for dispensing useful information. Another thing that was not around when I became a mother.😂

I used depends with my second pregnancy that was a C-section and I LOVED it! I felt so much more secure about leaks. I also didn’t have worry about those stupid hospital pads falling out of my underwear and into the toilet. That happened to me while I was still recovering in the hospital. It was so frustrating. Like I’m already in pain and now I have to fish out a sponge pad out of the toilet….

Im glad someone else mentioned always. Iv had issues with always and now use bodyform 🇬🇧. Im from uk so people might have other brands. After my period sometimes during I kept getting infections yeast and water and irritation turns out it was always pads. Id used that brand since my teens and they changed the materials being used in them.

I think I would die if I ever gave birth and I do think whoever gives birth is a super hero
