Might’ve been partially renovated at one point. The vintage Boys sign is extremely rare outside of school settings.

Originally, this restroom may likely had six urinals & four toilets. In this video here, that is cut in half to three & two respectively. Possible replacement of the older American Standard urinals for the sake of an update

Those Maderas of that generation have the most terrifying flush that I know of. If I flush one that loud without earplugs, I think I'd be trying to scram away from it.

They made this version of Madera starting in around 1994.

Probably… but the auto flush sensor is apparently on low battery as told by the beeping.
