Usual Boiler Room Sessions: Great music, drinks, people dancing, and people standing. Baths Boiler Room Session: Over hyped Will going apeshit most of the time, Groundislava making it rain with a single dollar bill, 50/50 ratio of people dancing and standing, Will occasionally trolling the audience with awkward silence just because he can, and great music. I like this. A lot.

I love seeing sets like this. Nothing worse than a DJ who just stands behind the decks, frozen and lifeless just looking at the people in the crowd. This kind of display shows how passionate and caring you are about what end-product you're putting out of the system. You can NEVER get too into the music, in my opinion.

isn't that DJ Steve Aoki ? I've seen Baths perform several times in L.A. Gaslamp Killer, Daedelus, and others from the 'dublab' label. They all tend to watch each others' shows in the audience. They seem pretty PLUR *peace-love-unity-respect about it.

uhh... guess I don't understand your basis. I'm only aware OF him; never seen him perform. Example: I've seen Flying Lotus perform at Airliner in downtown, which Gaslamp Killer and others host. Gaslamp also performed the same night. I hear Flying Lotus has a larger fan-base. I enjoyed his performance, but didn't move me as much as Gaslamp and Baths. People and their musical enjoyment is often an immeasurable, indescribable phenomenon. **so... one artist has a bigger fanbase than the other. I've also heard of Deadmous3 and have a friend who is a big fan, but I seem to react to being more of a fan after I see them live. peace.

Alan Klink why I said that because This aoki guy told his fans that he does not really do music. Also he just plays the song in a live concert and the knob turning is just a cover-up. Same was said by Deadmau5 Flying lotus is a genius who has a great knowledge about making music and all the musical cultures. He is supposedly related to the Coltranes Haha, how amazing is that? Nowadays, all these edm artists are just sellouts and money hungry bastards. PLUR is just a cultural thing. Perhaps, electronica was the name of the genre. All these folks came in and changed it to electronic dance music. Which I hate so much. Baths is a damn good artist too. Peace
