I feel the same way about Burgess Meredith as Penguin and Cesar Romero as the Joker. The movie actor versions weren't even close

Number 1 Riddler and number 1 Batman villain on tv or movies. Heath Ledger best Villain as Joker in the movies. Kilmer vs. Gorshin I go with Gorshin.

One of the funniest characters of all time and only Gorshin could make it happen. It's like watching Laurel and Hardy in that you know the outcome, but it never stops being hilarious. Penguin and King Tut were pretty good too, but this is another level.
