I think the film kind of hints that it was Gilda Dent, Harvey Dent's wife and Alberto Falcone ex-GF

Gilda Dent was implied to be the primary Holiday Killer in the movie. It is more complicated in the comics as it is implied that Alberto Falcone and Harvey Dent may have each committed some of the Holiday killings in addition to Gilda.

Gilda was the killer all along To bury her past and eliminate everyone belonging on the falcone family

I'm pretty sure the panel where Gilda reveals she did it in the comics has her saying which she did, the rest have fans speculate whether they were done by Harv or Alberto. So in this one, since Alberto died for real, you could assume every one besides the ones she claimed in the comics.

Gilda was the killer She was pregnant with Alberto's child but Alberto's father wasn't happy and took the child away, forced Alberto and Gilda to not be together And since Gilda wanted revenge she killed all her connections with Alberto and killed him in the process To stay with Harvey Dent
