UPDATE: While my son was playing with the Batmobile he figured out that if you push both the cannon and gatling gun buttons at the same time you get a big single boom sound effect, apparently to simulate the main big cannon firing. I didn't realize it did this and it's not listed on the features on the back of the box. So there you go.

I dont think its impossible to make a 6 inch scale batmobile. After all there is a 1/6th scale batmobile from hot toys and that thing is massive but it still works with their figures

I got it for $85 plus tax at SDCC...not sure if it was worth it. lol

It's not really my cup o' tea but it is pretty cool for what it is. My boy though, he loves it. I'm constantly hearing the sound effects drifting through the house and he shows it to everyone that walks in the door. So I guess in the end, mission accomplished, Mattel.
