No, Affleck is ill-suited for superhero roles. His portrayal of Daredevil was subpar, and as Batman, he was dull and failed to capture the essence of the character accurately. Even in cases like "he was like in The Dark Knight Returns" where the portrayal is different, he lacks key traits of that Batman as well Affleck can act well in other roles, such as soldiers or coaches in sports, but not as a superhero. Ezra Miller's Flash resembles Wally West but comes across as more of a naive kid with Batman as a mentor. While a live-action Jay Garrick wouldn't be a bad idea, pairing ezras flash with Batman feels forced, akin to the Spider-Man and Iron Man dynamic, which lacks coherence. His current role in the police force is the only parallel one can draw to Barry Allen, though even thatfeels lacking and the origin story too. and ezra acts poorly

Half glass empty half glass full situation here. You are right on the one hand but I also think the cast with the exception of miller brought their A-game. They all brought a certain gravitas to their roles. Affleck smashed it as batman in dawn of justice. He was cold, merciless, brutal, nightmarish. Synder & affleck nailed their interpretation of a batman who had very little to lose. Cavill as Superman was sound. There are moments where he truly shines as a modern day superman. In my eyes his portrayal is the most believable to me due to the writing and direction of the character. I actually like the broody, gloomy, assertive Superman and Cavill embodied that with finesse. Gal Gadot was awesome as Wonder Woman. She took the role with gusto. Totally believable and majestic. Jason Mamoa is so cool as aquaman, really nuanced. I also liked Ray fisher as cyborg. His performance in the Synder cut is arguably the best in the entire film. I liked what they brought to the table, I got my moneys worth.

Affleck's character is great as Batman. Unfortunately, bad writing from people who don't understand Batman made him look bad، This Batman has advanced and solid vehicles that we have not seen from any other Batman in live action, and the most experienced, intelligent, and powerful of them. What a missed opportunity to give him a trilogy، and In his last appearance, they made him dirty, his suit and his voice changer were very bad, especially since he appeared during the day

What's funny is that flash would've finished this chase in one second but for batman it was a dramatic chase scene and almost got half of gotham killed and needed wonder woman's help😂😂

Actually Flash could have ended all of this under 5 minutes, less than a minute for the chase, the other 4 minutes figuring out the hospital. The problems with Flash stories is that you need writers that aren't braindead to make the stories work around the fact that Flash is insanely overpowered and pretty much any problems are trivial at best for him.

Now I see why James Gunn appointed Andy Muschietti as director of "Batman The Brave and The Bold" because he understands the character and this is the essence in Keaton has the ESSENCE (all the vehicles, the soundtrack, the phrases, the gadgets, the costumes, the fighting mode and the references to what happened in 1989 and 1992) besides that he did it with Ben Affleck it was extraordinary 💙✌🏻

I have the feeling that Muschietti wanted to do a Batman film. This explains that Batman (both Affleck and Keaton) is so much better than the Flash on his own movie. Damn, their action scenes, that Affleck scene with Barry on the alley, Keaton in general... It's amazing for me. Also, it's important to consider that all Batman fight scenes in this movie are the most comic accurate fight scenes of all live action Batman.

Affleck finally proved he could be a terrific Batman, with the right script and tone. And not really giving a verbal approach, but yet in this scene he give us a more comic accurate depiction here. Its kinda sad he left so suddenly and had to depart in a small role.

My only problem with this scene is that when the bad guys start shooting, Batpod's shields are activated but there is a space in the middle so Batman becomes like a sitting duck but the bullets don't hit him. Does the two sided shield have a special feature like a magnet or it is a movie goof?
