Someone from Spain here. This has to be one of the best informed international videos about this coaaster in youtube. Amazing job in all of the explanations and even criticising some of its faults. I got to go on it 2 weeks ago, had 4 rides and it was absolutely incredible, been on taron and velocicoaster that were my top 2 coasters and this is clearly joining the pack. Wanted to say, dont know when you went to the park, but it seems, from the time i went and the some of the spanish theme park community, is working better this last weeks. The green smoke in the chimney sadly only work once for me after rope drop, but the smoke at the launch worked on the last 2 rides at night. On board audio is louder now it seems (but i would also prefer music only). This is actually a great unbiased video to show the typical spanish people that only have visit port aventura and say is the best theme park in the world. PA is being incredibly bad this past few years and no matter how bad the park does or how mediocre rides like uncharted are being built, they still defend them every time they can. More people need to give, now thats getting a little better, pw a chance, and hopefully more international people visit so they can go uphill after 20 years of nothing and build more incredible stuff like BGCE

This looks like one of (if not) the most visually striking coasters. The track and the trains look incredible. And don't get me started on the layout. Or the theming. This is easily a top 10 bucket list coaster for me.

Just got off Batman, first ride of the day, in the front row. And it is insane! Every moment is just executed to perfection, the airtime, the hangtime, and the launches. I’ve only gotten 1 ride, but so far, my new no.1!

While BGCE is undoubtedly a great looking ride, I think Universal's deeper pockets really show when it comes to the higher quality themeing and what feels like a more fleshed out, aggressive (downright violent) layout on Velocicoaster. Cant complain at all though when I see more modern rides constantly expanding on the formulae of old with more daring and innovative elements like that slowwww stall and the hold on the top hat. Excellent review as always.

Before watching the final score, I will already guess at ten seconds you will give this ride a 10/10

I went in June for 2.5 days back when it was running 3 trains. At 6pm or so each day the turntable faulted leading to a train having to stop on launch 3. It would take hours for them to get it open after this and on one day it never reopened at all. So yeah that's why they just run two now i guess.

I went to the park before Batman opened this year. Nice that the roller coaster has become so good and popular. During my visit, I was partly surprised by the behavior of the visitors. There were enormous waiting times for the terrible wooden roller coaster, but nobody wanted to ride the really great Logflume despite the warm weather.

Just rode it this last weekend. Gotta say I preferred this over Velocicoaster, mainly due to the pacing and I felt it had more airtime moments than VC, though I prefer the mosassaurus roll ending over the stall

Excellent review, I agree with every single world you said. It took me by surprise even though I have followed the construction from the begging. Amazing ride, beautiful location and really nice theming. It become my fav coaster in Europe, I just hope they can resolve the issues with the turntable cause is creating a lot of frustration on guests. Thanks for sharing!

Another great Canobie Coaster review video! I appreciate your content so much as someone who can't travel the globe to ride rollercoasters. I can't wait until Vekoma starts to sell more of their launced coasters with theming so this type of ride has some competition in the reliability department.

With all the elements, I expected to hear something between 4000-5500 feet of track! Holy crap those elements must be stacked.

Gotta agree with you, chief: it would be nicer if more people were admitted in the indoor section of the queue. Especially to get some solace from the Madrid summers.

I’m gonna try to get to Finland next year for their 3 major parks, but if I have extra time on my hands, I might try to get down to Spain as well. This ride pushes it over the edge for me.

Did it the last days. Outstanding coaster and I love the full experience theming, effects, launches and the great layout. For me as Batman fan the perfect coaster. I am still debating (with me) if this my new N1 coaster and beats ride to happiness. But it is at least N2

This is a great review. Whilst we had all the issues in July- breakdowns, coaster closed for hours, sitting in the outdoor queue for hours in the sun in heat heading towards 40 degrees celsius, no pre show, no mist effects, back of house lights on in the batcave, no on board audio etc- we still LOVED this coaster!! Hopefully they iron out the issues as it's a top tier ride!

I like this more then Velocicoaster because of the sustained ejector hill and the stall. I also think this has alot less filler track then VC and its backrow left side is my favorite seat

Nice review! HUGE bucketlist ride for me especially since the pacing is crafted to perfection- with a contrast of fast switchbacks and airtime hills to slow hangtime filled inversions

I am absolutely obsessed with this ride! It is my number 1, I have been to Parque Warner twice in 2 months only to ride it 😂 It is perfection 🥰

I visited the park on the 31st of December 2022 so I missed this coaster. I did get some photos though and also went on my first Vekoma Giant Inverted Boomerang! (and also my first woodie 😬)

this layout looks elite, but i feel like the ride seems pretty short like you go down the tophat and like 15 seconds later you are on the stall

I finally had the chance the ride to this beast, and I'm still debating if I prefer Voltron or BGCE as they are both such epic rides! What is your favorite between the two, if I may ask? I think the slight advantage Voltron has over BGCE are the length and the wing seats, but BGCE's pacing is absolutely ridiculous on the other hand, with no dead spots nor filler elements.

Did you get a new mic? Your voice is ever so different than I remember. It’s not in a bad way, I’m just curious.

nope kärnan and toutatis are both better I'd say toutatis in layout just the swing launch would be enough, kärnan in theming

Before i went to cedar point last month, i thought intamin blitzs looked extremely overrated. However Maverick blew me away and im excited to ride more blitzs, especially this one.

Based back off your 2019 visit, did you like all rides and coasters at Parque Warner Madrid?

The industry has GOT to figure out a way to increase throughput on rides. It's just unacceptable for a major ride to be doing so few people. It's ridiculous. How you gonna build a stand out attraction with 2 trains that hold like 12-16 people? How are you a professional coaster designer still building coasters with such pathetic capacity? What planet are these parks and designers living on? Truly baffling. Thay and I also find outdoor queues with no covering/shade to be ridiculous as well. Those 2 things severely impact my enjoyment of amusement parks nowadays.

How good the ride may look, I still think The Ride To Happiness is better

If this isn't the best new roller coaster in Europe, Toutatis at Parc Asterix will be. I am surprised you didn't get there since France is on the border with Spain.
