I don’t think Dracula has been a threat in the DC comics since his death by Superman(he bit Supes but couldn’t handle his Kryptonian blood).

WilliamOscargarvin:People Dracula is gonna be too much for a Batman And the fact that Batman needs to be careful in dealing with him. Because he may not know what Dracula would do and what the end say about that people would yet think about that.
