For those of you that don't realize what the Bleeding Edge Armor is, it's a suit of armor that can transform into anything Tony wants, Boosts his already insane intelligence to superhuman levels, gives him the ability to multitask at superhuman speeds, and gives him a 360 degree view without having to turn, and even turn into any of his other suits at will, and that's just the basics of it... As smart as batman is, with this suit, Tony is smarter. As good at Martial arts and as strong as Batman is, Tony can process and react faster and harder. Tony while wearing this suit is better in every way than Bruce (including tactics and stealth), and there's not really anything he can do about it. I hate to say it, but this is hands down Tony's win. As long as he has access to the Bleeding Edge armor, he wins. There have only been 2 people in history that have hacked Tony Stark, and both of them had technology and weapons knowledge far beyond Bruce (decades/ centuries ahead of anything he has access to) so that's out of the question, not to mention Jarvis would actively be fighting that. Tony in this fight unfortunately curb stomps Bruce in this fight because while wearing this suit, he also learns at a seriously accelerated rate, so he could learn many different martial arts in a very small amount of time. There's nothing Bruce can do that Tony can't do better with that suit on.

If Iron-Man punches Batman in the face, he'll break Batman's nose and/or jaw or even knock him out cold. If Batman punches Iron-Man anywhere, he'll break his knuckles. Batman can't kick cars across the street and a car thrown at Batman would kill him!! Batman didn't his utility belt and Iron-Man's suit isn't designed to punch and kick, but to fly and shoot. I say this is pathetic!!

Also Batman I 10x smarter then iron man and would fight him at night and somehow scare the living shit out of iron man and defeat him with no problem. not a fair competition, iron man is equipped with a titanium suit and advanced weapons and batman just has a bullet proof suit with some iron pads and small toy weapons. do iron man vs superman as both are made from titanium.

Continuity error: after stark put on a suit, all the suits are still shown on wall(no empty slot) stark put on a suit with triangular reactor, flies out and subsequently fight with one with a circular reactor. Content error: First half of the fight shows a brawl that would depict that of two regular humans. It's certainly not Iron man's style and would be ineffective against Iron man, thus neither party would be using that fighting style. Batman's grenades never look like grenades. Batman is more adaptive than that, he might or might be able to defeat Iron man, but he will most certainly not fight in the shown fashion, he will at least attempt certain other gears, successful or not, against Iron man.

Bruce Banner Not necessarily. In the last batman movie, the leg corrector thing seems to boost his kicking power, there is no reason to think that he can't have something stronger. Granted, given the distance, it would be on the unlikely side. As for the surviving part, that's much more acceptable. The car hit him, didn't crush him. It's no worse than being hit by a car in a real world car accident. The average Joe have a decent chance of getting hit by a car as long as it's not going too fast(and it doesn't seem like it's very fast), especially considering that the angel of the strike. So Batman with all the armor and training will probably fare much better. The bigger problem, in this case, is actually the fact that he got hit while just standing there.

EMP's don't work on iron man. He states all his suits are unaffected by them when he was fighting the winter soldier(in the comics) and the winter soldier tried to sprite EMP him.

Tony Stark vs Bruce Wayne: Both eccentric billionaire genius playboys with no powers, but lets looks at the facts. Stark is a weapon specialist letting him create his Iron Man suit, but Bruce is a genius detective and in some ways a genius inventor himself. I've always believed if Batman and Iron man did duke it out (DC vs Marvel, best heros without super powers) i've always thunk that Batman would have some device or Baterrang that he would first track, attack, or anything that would render Iron Mans suit completely incable. It would almost be a small personal EMP and knowing batman he has any technology available, so if Batman would do that and shut down Iron Mans suit im pretty sure this battle would be a win for Batman hands down.

This is the most illogical and non-comic-based video I've ever seen. First of all, why is Batman out in the daylight? He would do this at night, considering he's all about stealth. Second of all, Iron Man isn't trained in martial arts, thus he uses his suit. Third of all, Batman would not only try to get close while using martial arts, but he would also be sneaking around and attacking with all kinds of gadgets, such as an EMP grenade to disable Iron Man. Finally, Iron Man would probably have much better reflexes to a point where he can at least avoid being hit by a car

How long will it be before the major studios start doing DC/Marvel crossovers? Each cinematic universe would need to be fleshed out and there would need to be alot of profit in it for both Warner and Disney. I give it 30 years.
