Honestly, the Predator seems like he could function perfectly well as an actual staple of Batman's rogue's gallery. There's a pattern to his killings that Batman can follow, a hunter's psychology Batman can analyze, a stealth aspect that mirror's Batman's own, and he's just a cunning and physically formidable foe equipped with his own set of unique weapons and gizmos for Batman to have kickass fights with. If one didn't know better, you could almost believe Predator was deliberately created to be an alien enemy FOR Batman.

Those were some of your best visuals ever guys, and the speech bubble replacement was a bloody INSPIRED piece of comedy. The animation was killer as well, especially when batman whams predator with the baseball bat, that movement looked dope. Also I'm an Australian living in America and holy BALLS your accents make me happy.

I really enjoyed parts of this story... The rest is kinda dull or funny, but the actual fight and the art is great. And that is sweet armour... I think it has tinted lenses as the eyes are visible at certain times.

I remember reading the comic for the first time back in the day and the way they wrote "Fight me.. Son of a.." in the comic I could totally hear a Yautja's voice saying it my mind. Though we may never get a full Batman vs Predator movie, the short film Batman: Deadend is pretty damn satisfying. I wish they guy who made would've one day gave us another installment of it.. it really leaves you wanting more and the late Andrew Koenig did an outstanding job playing the Joker in it, and I consider it one of the absolute most accurate to the comic portrayals in a live action sequence. HIGHLY recommended

So close! The best comic ever was Tarzan Vs Predator at Earth's Core. It is a direct sequel to Tarzan at Earth's Core, a 1930's book written by Boroughs that is a crossover between the Tarzan serries and Boroughs's hollow Earth serries. In the book the Predators team up with the psychic man eating pterodactyls from the center of the earth to set up a dinosaur hunter preserve, and only the noble savage Tarzan can foil them. It's completely bonkers from conception to the page

One of my favorite things from this comic is Batman's detective work. He doesn't solely rely on high tech stuff that instantly analyzes evidence and churns out an answer. We see Batman looking at clues and evidence and thinking about them, and then analyzing them just like an actual CSI. He's also clearly familiar with hunting and tracking, as he recognizes the predators tactics

That ending was informed by Predator 2 when they handed Danny Glover the old timey flintlock pistol. Also, I remember this original comic, from like 1992. And, looking back on it, this comic pretty much sums up the early 90s for how comics were in that era. The gritty dark 90s.

Have to agree. I bought the second and third issue of the original first comics of these back in Australia in the early 90's and these two franchise characters or Batman and the Predator work perfectly against each other. The one comic book hero above all that makes sense to be a target and a great match on an even playing field would be the Dark Knight above all others. Would love to see some form of motion story format of this, be it animated film or love action. Its great.

Nice that the Predators had a human sized sword lying around they could use, rather than one they would use which would be a lot longer and bigger.

Did your superhuman, ninja senses tip off that you're being watched, then, because you could not see it, you deduced that it must be cloaking and because of how advanced its cloaking was you believed it to be an alien, then, because surely someone like a superpowered, universe's greatest hunter would be unable to defeat you in hand to hand combat (FOR WHATEVER F***ING REASON, DC!), you must have deduced it has friends coming, exactly how much it would take to best you these days - the invincible Batman - the entire goddamn planet of Predators?" Batman: "First of all, that's not deductive but inductive reasoning, second - that's not the how I figured it out. I had the BvP comics since the 90s. One day my basement flooded and unfortunately my comic collection died. One day I told my best friend this story and that the BvP comics were awesome. Being my best friend, he noted this and on my next birthday we met up at a bar. He bought me the BvP series. MY MANNN! Then 5 minutes later some girl asked me if she could have it because she was on a tinder date with a nerd and he would like BvP. I said no way Jose. She then offered to flash me for them.
