mine never cuts all the way through the last bit. I have to twist the lid around and around to get the lid to snap off. I got the batteries in the first time, but now I can't get it open again.

Just slide the bottom off should come off easy

I can not get the back to slide off,it looks like it should slide off easily,but I've been trying for an hour and it's not sliding off.
