Pretty soon, South Park will start putting out episodes more frequently than this channel. But I'm confident "The Acolyte" will set off some major buzz and a merch tidal wave. And then we'll have the Rogue Squadron movie, the Lando series, and the $300 million Dave Filoni film, lol.

@StarWarsTapeworm I still laugh at how Kathy rushed ahead and announces Movies for people Like Rian and Dave here before their project are viewed by the public. At one time they use to wait to see how good the project is received by the public before they give them another project. LucasFilm aka KennedyFilm has announced more movies, shows projects then and other studio combined and then canceled said projects.

Ray was absolutely incredible and I am so sad he won’t be able to continue as this character. One actor I really think would be able to carry on Ray’s legacy as Baylon would be Liam Cunningham who played Davos in Game of Thrones. Not only does he look similar to Ray (of course he would have to wear a wig but that is not an issue), but he is definitely able to pull off Baylon’s character.

Please do a Season 2!! Please 🙏🏻 We gotta see what’s going on with Baylan and Shin. How does Ezra handle the fight against Thrawn? What of Wren and Ahsoka? Are they stuck in Peridia forever or are the Resistance going to come help? What about The Mortis Arc? Will Luke Skywalker help out? So much to be excited for and they gotta do more live action regarding these stories! One of the best shows I’ve watched in a long time! So excited! Gotta love it!

_★ ★ ★/5_ Rated. This is still a decent show, it definitely shines in places. I feel that this entire season was just a massive-long 2-part pilot. Of course this ends in a cliffhanger, but Season 2 *needs not to be staggered out this long* - That’s my POV of it.

@@FrozenJedi38Ahsokas first season was lackluster. I understood the urgency but really didn’t feel it. Chasing Ezra and chasing Thrawn was just long and tedious and we left not even knowing an inkling of Thrawns plans. Andor had a more exciting and intense story without crazy force magic/lightsaber’s. And tbh Andors story was more clear, it was obviously about the rebellion like….we all knew what it was going to be about.

You made a cake with dirt but cover it with delicious icing, its still a dirt cake, but if you are only looking at the cake (watching Ahsoka), instead of eating it (actually thinking about whats going on), you aren't going to realise its dirt.

How everything turned out in favor of Hayden Christensen is amazing, he in the role of Anakin revived his career, I hope Hayden has already become a legend of star warriors, his appearance is so emotional, I hope he will return in future projects

I'll say this, Ahsoka is a lot better than BOBF and Obi Wan, but that finale really was a mixed bag for me. Overall I'd say the show was a 7.5/8 out of 10.

I get why you would think that. It was a cliffhanger ending that certainly seemed to pose more questions than it answered. Overall, it was an 8 episode series do I didn’t expect everything would be dropped in the first season. Nor would I want that. Still though, one of the better disney shows forsure. And its off to a great start. My rating 8/10

@@SoulDivideDude, I'm fascinated at the point. Every single thread that leads to this multi time period trilogy has fizzled out. The next project is the Acolyte which has even less enthusiam going for it than an Ugnaught rom-com. And the Acolyte is where this big movie trilogy is supposed to take off on the heels of. It's like someone trying to build a dog house out of two cupcakes and a pair of eyeglasses. This will be interesting.

Those actor cables were the strings that broke this camels back someone probably lost their job over that one… dont believe me season finale flip to minute 29:00 Lord Baelans adventure to the valley of the kings is the only hook that has me guessing.

Yep. There was not 1 single smart choice made in this series. Like remember in episode 5 where Hera brings her 8 year old son to an unauthorised and unprotected rescue mission to find people who were just battling essentially sith.

I can wholeheartedly say Ahsoka is now my favorite Disney+ Star Wars series to date so far. God bless Filoni and cast and crew for this masterpiece of a series, its been so much fun. Hopefully a S2 is on the way.

@@firstlast9846defs not a masterpeice, but it is fun nonetheless. Andor is a solid show, but Ahsoka is a lot more light hearted fun without being annoying. I was worried with the kid at first but the scene with him hearing the lightsabers was kinda neat lol

The show's name is Ahsoka yet I couldn't connect with the 'main' character at times. So much have surrounded her that I could hardly focus on Ahsoka herself. We loved seeing Hayden/Anakin and also Ray Stevenson yet they were the show stealers tbh and this did not feel right to me. OTOH pace was strange at times and this 1st season could have been finalized with 6 episodes in total by cutting some very slow paced scenes. Apart from these, Shin Hati is my fav. character in this show. While she is not a Sith (I'm a Sith guy) she was one of the characters that I fell in love with who had both sinister and naive manners and looks which reflect her current alignment perfectly. Congrats Ivanna Sakhno! 😍 For the sake of continuity I hope the producers do not let us wait too long to deliver the 2nd season. I love you Shin! 😍 and I want to see more of Ahsoka, the character.

@@sailorrenek7823 I have nothing against females being lead actors as long as they can carry that weight. But unfortunately it does not get executed very well in such productions because of what you've said. They do it just because they think they must. To me, the last terminator or transformers movies also suffered from the same problem. Of course this is my personal opinion.

@5ub2ero I have nothing towards females or female characters. There where many movies and shows with female leads or 2ndary characters I love. I just dislike weakly written characters and stories and sadly that is what Disney is and has given us.

Gentlemen of Disney.... you must raise the classification of all Stars Wars products to at least a classification of 16+, because the family classification is like a straitjacket for all these characters and their stories and until we see them in a classification of at least 16+ we will not be able to see its full potential.

According to George Lucas himself Star Wars target audience has always and will always be children and family friendly viewers, they have a strict rule of never progressing beyond PG13/TV14 etc, basically kids ratings. You will NEVER see Rated R mature adult content in this franchise, and that’s a promise, it goes against everything that Star Wars has always stood for.

The audience for Star Wars has grown up and matured and would like to see a movie that is like the original that actually had mature themes and not this watered down disney star wars. The tiktok audience won’t be invested on this IP like the original fanbase was. This is why Star Wars has become irrelevant. Unless disney realises that their audience is the adults that want good content that they will show their children thus making them fans as well. This IP will continue to go the way of the Dodo. The only criticism I have about Ahsoka herself is that she ALWAYS smiles. She should express way more emotion. She acts like it’s forbidden to look angry.

That's fine. You don't have to watch/read every single star wars thing to be considered a star wars fan. Disney is making a whole bunch of star wars content that appeals to a bunch of different people. Now that Disney owns star wars, we as star wars fans have the privilege of being able to pick and choose what we want to watch from a huge variety of media. Which means we also have the privilege of choosing to not watch things we don't want to and not missing out on very much. Many people will watch a movie about Ray. Just because they are making a Ray movie doesn't mean they won't make other stuff. So when that movie comes out, don't watch it. Then when the next thing comes out that you do want to watch, watch it and move on.

Never really watched Rebels, but I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. Like I loved Andor, but this actually had some... whimsy to it while being emotionally mature, like no one is phoning it it, especially Ray. Kinda wish the night troopers were a bit more unstoppable but what can you do, storm troopers are and always will be storm troopers lol
