I am so glad that Emma has been raised to say "NO TO CRACK". I spend hours each week trying to edit out my workers back in my videos and that is a lot of the time, and here you guys are celebrating it. So good. I spit out my coffee when she said "He's a little OCB" Ya and thats a tiny boat. I got my Battle born when I saw "Kombi Life" vids and have never looked back. One went in my truck camper l and more into a VW camper. You guys are going to be SOOO happy with this system. From my comphy chair Bill. PS They are a great company to deal with.

Another Great video! We are Glad to see you took our advise to check out Battle Born batteries last March in Astoria, you will not be disappointed!!! Great job on the battery upgrade. Captain Teal, you know your stuff. Next you may go all electric with Yamaha powerful new electric motors. Yo might have to add more solar panels, but if any an do it, I would pick you. You are almost ready to sail away! 🙏🐻

Beautiful job. I recently came up with a method for a distributed battery system. I have the main battery bank, but I can also have dedicated battery for things like emergency radio. I run a diode from the positive cable on the main battery bank and a 15 ohm 50w resistor on the negative lead to the isolated battery. The main battery bank can charge the isolated battery at around 1 amp. This allows me to have dedicated batteries close to the devices that use them and using lower current wiring.

Great video, I am sitting in my house in Cheshire England. I lived in the US for 16 years and returned to England full time in Dec 2020. Your videos make me want to move to the states again and buy a boat 🚣♀️. Little safety tip, put a small fire suppression kit in the battery compartment, just to be safe. thanks

Funny that the wind here while I watch your video is about 40mph and I am getting tossed about while I hear the wind howling through your rigging in the background. A happy wife is a happy life. Very nice installation due to a lot of planning. . and the lithium can be discharged way passed the restrictive 50% of the lead acid battery plus they charge up much much faster. then lead acid..

Anytime Compass is in the frame I am watching him while listening to you. You should have wrapped up all those boxes. then when you open them it's like an early Christmas, lol. I never read manuals anymore since if you want to figure out how to do it watch what someone else has done on youtube. 20 years ago you had to read the manual.
