I suggest using attack up or speed up combos, that might help. The fast enemies could be dealt with weedwacker if he is boosted i think.

Going frame-by-frame it _looks_ like no matter how fast you are, green shell cat and kang roo trade hits basically frames apart, and manic macho legs is a couple frames late. But I would have to spend a lot of time reviewing footage to be able to come to a conclusion based on the hit effects that pop up. It might be green shell cat's and manic macho leg cat's hits happening very closely together, just frames before kang roo's weirdly-timed hits which definitely don't line up with its animation would connect. Possibly. But I wouldn't bet on it.

It's possible. Jizo+mitama+sweet bros cat. All about level 25. Took about 30 tries because of heavy rng involved.
