This is dedicated to my best friend that celebrated his birthday this week, Stevie! Unova region holds a special place in both our hearts! For me personally, this was the very first Pokémon game that I was anticipating as a Pokémon fan. The intro was always my favorite part of the song and very few remixes can really recreate that sense of "this is a tough fight so be ready for anything" I've always loved how there are calmer bits throughout the song, like GAME FREAK knew that you would have to stop and thinks because your initial plan went horribly wrong

This is such a bop! I'm so glad Black & White was my first Pokemon game, and one of my first video games in general. It will always hold a special place in my heart. I still remember playing this game as a little 8-year old on my brother's old blue Nintendo DSi. Good times...

Just beat Gen 5 finally recently. Loved the elite 4 theme and this remix. My Lucario with Shadow claw and Aura sphere murdered everything. Also that bit of Cynthia's theme nice

I love unova. It’s probably my favorite region besides Hoenn, and the music from Black and White has always stuck out to me as exceptional, even in a series that has as good of music as Pokémon does. Lovely remix!

Because they were designed better. They were neither rushed, not did they overextend their capabilities. Modern Pokemon is going down the Sonic trail, but are still at the "very unpolished but still fun" stage . . . for now
