La compagnie Mazelfreten, composée du duo Laura « Nala » Defretin et Brandon « Miel » Masele, concocte un battle de danse spécial hip-hop avec DJ LUMII aux platines et Dandyguel au mic.
Devant un jury d’exception Lau Twins, Sam Yudat et Laura Nala, 8 danseurs (Laady Diva, Nickel, Lindsay, Reverse, CJM’S, Rubix, Miguel et Alex the cage) s’affronteront dans leurs styles, leurs mouvements pour Magic Barbès Social Club en collaboration avec le lieu FGO-Barbara.

What he means is that Twins always put effort and not halfassing their performance unlike other performers out there that doesnt even care about the audience. And we know the twins are phenomenal and one of the top 3 or 10, no need to fucking mention it everytime when there's no one even arguing that they aren't.

What a shame about this performance. You can see the crowd doesn’t fully appreciate or even know how to appreciate this artwork. Even at the end of the performance you can see a lot of people waiting for other people to clap before half going for it and clapping themselves. I’m going to go out on a limb here, but I do wonder if the reason it wasn’t as well received, as I said out on a limb… I wonder if it’s because his performance was very MASCULINE. Laurent brought a lot of masculine energy here and in these days of 2022 men are celebrated and “wooo” if they dance more feminine with their hips etc. I wonder if people aren’t so used to seeing more true masculine performance any more and tend to look towards the feminine which is less aggressive, more wavey, softer energy and hips etc. you get the idea I don’t need to over-explain myself
