Around these times in all fairness illmac thesaurus and the originators were given so much more props. I just remember watching and always rooting for them. We know who won the wrc without the extra rounds. The 2nd time around with stolen tapes and shit I found other rappers but thesaurus and illmac are the reason the culture exists. Sure pre-writtens before it was popular and now main stage. They were so ahead of their time though, Hope people don't forget that, those wrc battles is why rap battles exist today. No debate.

john dohhe he would've faded out of relevance in Battle Rap(not importance) if he didn't switch it up. GTN used to be clowned a bunch bout not having too many bars. Direct syllable can only go so far. I think if Saurus gets the hang of bars too, mix it with this no lie he could take out almost anyone.

Agreed. Unfortunately he is garbage now. His choices are to simply stop battle rapping completely or step back and reinvent himself. He needs to step it up a whole lot if he is going to continue to battle.
