The game really lacked this. There needed to be a big battle scene. But I know the damn Ps4 and xbox cpus can't handle that

They could have made one for pc, given it was their main market, so it's a bit of an excuse. Still, I agree with the sentiment and you are probaby right.

@@nerevarinenwah3690 I didn't own a gaming pc when witcher 3 was out. And if it lacked scenes and quests like this because Ps4 couldn't handle i wouldn't buy that game... Also the gaming pc's were like 3rd gen Intel cpus :D but still i wish it had this. Now ps5 and xbox x /s has that cpu power to handle it.. Witcher 3 was ahead of its time but the technology didn't allow it... The story takes place in a big war yet there is no war. Lmao

thats what i missed in the game was that altough there was a war going on and you could see the misery spreaded across the country side you didnt really get a chance to witness any battles at all

In the books are like this to because Geralt has to pass throug Battlefields and see all the destruction not like soldiers corpeses but civilians, children and woman

Mainly due to technical limitations Imagine if you used a base ps4 or xb1 and make 100 ppl (at least) fight at ones the game would've probably crashed if the xbox or ps4 was kind enough

4:10 That was a hot start to this battle. I love the smell of chard chainmail in the morning. Also, 10:12, the Demon started fighting the Tree monster after it got hit by the Tree monster.

I think only the creative assembly guys can make it. The studio is really under appreciated for this kind of license. They made the best Alien game and the best warhammer game

The world of the Witcher is a dangerous place. Monstrous creatures and horrors from other planes abound. I think it’s high time the Humans of the Witcher world develop a little something called gunpowder to even the odds a bit.

Dynamite was mentioned in the books. The creator was killed (or died by accident, i don't remember) and mages wiped out whole knowledge how to create it.

a world with magic would've progressed differently than ours, cuz they'd think magic is the most powerful thing

@@mr.smiley1652 Yeah, I think the mages would have blocked any technological development, as it would challenge their power. The fact that the magic exists means that there's little incentive for development. For example, why bother using canons if a good mage can throw literal fire balls from the sky? Why invent a steam engine when the mages can use their magic to speed up manufacturing process? Etc.

You should do a recreation of the battle of Kaer Morhen. Could be pretty cool to see a load of Witcher NPCs fighting off a hord of Wild Hunt. Or you could do the 1st sacking of Kaer Morhen and have bandits attack instead.

When I saw the first battle I was like did the Golems get betrayed by the demons. I'm glad on the second one you seperated them so as they wouldn't get in each others way.

Something like this might have happened in the games third act. Instead of the attack at Kaer Morhen, the wild hunt would have attacked Novigrad after a catrona plague outbreak and would freeze the whole place. CD Projeckt cut it early on though along with the Ioverth storyline and other Witcher 1 and 2 plot lines. A shame. If these games ever get remastered, I’d hope that just a small part of these quests could be added.

3:00 That guy grow up on a farm that got raided but was saved by some brave knights in shinning armor. Wanted to be a knigh himself one day he joined the army fought in wars and trained for years. He provided housing and food for his family and one day he was called to arms to fight the northern realms for the empire he loved. With black armor and black flags waving in the sky he marched with his fellow comrades north. But during the war he and his regiment stumple apone a group from the Wild hunt. The battle was hard and bloody but victory was assured. Seeing his chance to end this bloodsheed his ran forward with sword in hand. Thinking of those knights that saved his family all those years ago. Now he will end this and bring he's friends and comrades home...

The Witcher games is analogous to the real world. The monsters are analogous to so many problems confronting humanity, such as climate change, crime, poverty, hunger, disease, injustice, oppression, slavery, pollution, bigotry, suffering, pain , death and etc. Meanwhile, the conflicts between the kingdoms in the Witcher stories are analogous to the conflicts between people in our real world. In both this fictional and the real world, people still fight each other despite numerous monsters/problems facing humanity. This game seems like an allusion for us humankind to work together to face common problems/monsters. What a good story written by an author with profound insight.
