haha... those shorts are SO OLD... like 10 years old. I"m sure they aren't made anymore. But, I do feel ya with good shorts, when you see some you like, you gotta ask.

Thank you great video I am doing research on this stuff. At my workout class we have to get to 65 of the rope slam in 60 seconds and I can only get to 40 do you have any tips?

You're welcome! The key is core tight and keep the movement efficient by following the technique given in this video. Also, do it more. If you can break training into intervals to keep fast twitch up... for example you need to average 22 reps in 20 seconds for the 65 in 60 seconds. So.. i would have an athlete work at getting 22+ reps in 20 second intervals with 40 second rest between for 6-8 rounds. When reps drop off, call it. Then as you are hitting the numbers, start decreasing the rest time. Hope this helps.
