Honestly, the remake's versions of the Shadow Queen's themes are starting to grow on me. I think they went for different takes compared to the original. The original themes were more focused on the creepiness of her. The remakes seem to play more into her power than anything.

I get HUGE cosmic horror from this version of her in comparison to the demon horror in the OG that's probably why it feels so different

Truly i do want more people to think of this. It's not like the vibes of the songs were changed for no reason. THE WHOLE GAME has shifted vibes of a lot of stuff, not just songs. To assume its bad because its not a 1:1 recreation that goes for the exact same feel feels silly to me.

I think that the OG theme was really more focused on the horrorand creepyness than anything, but this and the second form themes I feel that still give some creepy/horror vibes still, but also makes me feel much more overwhelmed than the OG. I admitz I didnt like it the first time I heard but it grew on me

The original theme went for more horror while the remake went for the shock of "oh my god, were fighting princess peach"

Definitely went for more of a kirby final boss theme than a more tense boss theme like origami king, and I honestly enjoy it.

Epic remix and remake chorus melody of first round decisive battle with Queen of terror in possessed Princess Peach form. The desperate and despair battle that can't see any chance to victory. But during decisive battle, why all Crystal stars doesn't has any reacting to radiates against Queen's darkness power. What did we do something wrong?

This does not feel like the Shadow Queen's theme. It is way too upbeat and doesn't convey the intended dark and terrifying feel.

Upbeat and intense aren't the same. The intensity makes the shadow queen seem like a real threat. The old one makes her seem like a scary story

This song is not upbeat. What are you on about? Never would've thought anyone would call a Dark-Souls esque track to be "upbeat".
