You can actually!You can download the game and this mod FOR FREE by looking up "Good Robbotal" in the youtube search bar,then go to their videos and scroll down until you see the video about the release of the battlebots 2019 RA2 pack being released,there's a link to download the pack in the description of the video(note that you must play the game with the graphics setting set to low or else parts will not render correctly. For other information,check the readme file included with the pack(its before you open the file to get to everything about the game,like arenas and bots)).
