Stylistically both are great dancers- in their own way, however, it seems a lot of people have a lack of understanding for flexing. From the outside, dre is perceived as a tutter with animations, but he is really a connector. Connecting is dope, and if you don't know it search -kool aid, droid, or for finger-connects-twan.

I dont know this Dre dude but his tuts were dope. The only problem I see with the tutting based dance styles is that they arent well rounded and do almost no footwork. But, I definitely feel that It was entertaining.

Jet got it.. But dre danced while injured (something the ppl that wasnt at the fest didnt know) give him credit. But Jets style is too real!

I don't know if anyone caught it, but Dre messes up a hat trick at 1:07. That's why people say don't do hat tricks in battles and crap because they're risky. I personally think that Jet li did better but it's also hard to compare due to the fact that the styles were completely different.

i'm not saying you have to "hit" the beat by popping on the clap. there are more ways to be on beat. one is stopping. think of it like writing a sentence. There are commas, periods, semi colons, etc. What I see here is a run-on sentence. Tutting can also be on beat by stopping once in a while. You can go at the pace and tempo of the melody, boom and clap, synth, base, etc.

i really urge turfers and other styles similar to start listening to the music. i feel you guys on storytelling and concepts but theres no excuse to be off beat. doing rehearsed movements independent of the music is just like rehearsing choreography in the back of the room before the show. really explore free-styling and going out of your comfort zone. not hating here, i just want to see this style grow and develop some more
