Legally you can't buy the game anymore. You can download it from the internet obviously. The game needs to be patched with gamespy fix in order to be able to see servers

There is no official way to get it. If you search for a client, it's easy to find the game. The publisher doesn't seem to care about it anymore, so the links won't get taken down.
